The Short Version

When you fill out the quote form on this website, Reno Gurus gets your name, phone number, email, and city, plus any optional project details you add. Reno Gurus uses it to follow up with you personally. Playbook Digital Inc. built and maintains this website and manages Reno Gurus’ advertising. Playbook Digital sees the same information as part of that work. Nothing here is sold. Your information only goes to the people and services named below.

What We Collect

When you submit the quote form on this website, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Your city.
• Which service you’re asking about — kitchen, bathroom, micro cement walls, full home, or other.
• Any optional details you add, such as a budget range, a timeline, or a message.
• The page you were on when you submitted the form, and a timestamp.

If you arrive from an online ad, we also collect standard ad-tracking information, such as a Google Click ID and campaign name, so we can tell which ad brought you here. This is stored with your lead record. It is not used to advertise to you on other websites.

A hidden field on the form checks for automated spam submissions. It is not visible to you and does not collect anything about you as a real visitor.

This website does not collect any payment information, and it does not create an account for you.

Why We Collect It

• To answer your question and follow up with you personally about your project.
• To keep an accurate record of every lead, so nothing gets missed.
• To understand which pages and ads are working, once Reno Gurus’ ad campaigns are running.

Who Sees It

Your information is shared only with the following, and for the reasons stated:

• Reno Gurus — receives your information directly so the team can call or email you back about your project.
• Playbook Digital Inc. — built and maintains this website and its forms, and manages Reno Gurus’ advertising. During this website’s pre-launch review period, Playbook Digital also receives a copy of every lead notification so the form can be monitored before it goes live for Reno Gurus alone.
• Google — every form submission is written as a row to a private Google Sheet, using a Google Apps Script web app, kept as a durable record of every lead.
• Resend — the service that delivers the email notification for every form submission. Resend processes the contents of that email in order to send it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Where It’s Stored

This website, the Google Sheet, and the email service it uses run on servers operated by Vercel Inc., Google, and Resend. All three operate data centres in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States, under United States law. This means U.S. authorities could potentially access it under U.S. law. That would not be possible if your information were stored only in Canada.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as Reno Gurus is working with you, and for a reasonable time after that in case you get back in touch or for ordinary business and tax records. If you are not an active client and ask us to delete your information, we will.

Cookies

This website uses one category of strictly necessary cookies to run properly. Once Reno Gurus’ Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns are live, it will also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta to measure them. A banner asks for your permission before those turn on, your choice is saved on this device, and you can change it at any time using the “Cookie Settings” button in the corner of the screen. Rejecting analytics and advertising cookies does not limit anything else on this website.

Your Rights

Under Canada’s private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to fix any information that is wrong or out of date.
• Withdraw consent — ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information, at any time.

How to Complain

If you believe we have not handled your personal information properly, contact us first at info@renogurus.ca so we can try to fix it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, by phone at 1-800-282-1376, or online at priv.gc.ca.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as this website and Reno Gurus’ services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
